We report on p-type arsenic doping of metalorganic vapor phase epitaxially (MOVPE) grown HgCdTe on (100) GaAs. HgCdTe was grown at $370^{circ}C$ in a horizontal reactor with using dimethy-cadmium, diisoprophyltelluride, and elemental Hg. We use
